The project site is located in Donghai Island New Area, Zhanjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total land area of approximately 12.26 square kilometers, including 6.33 square kilometers for the first phase; a total investment of about 9 billion US dollars in the first phase, planned refining 15 million tons per year, and producing 1 million ethylene Tons/year, supporting the construction of a 300,000-ton crude oil terminal in the east island port area of Zhanjiang Port.
